I received a graduation gift from @bonniechristine

I received a graduation gift from @bonniechristine and it’s the most beautiful notebook with my own designs on and inside it! Swipe to see the finished notebook.
It’s a bit surreal to see my first collection on a real physical product that I can hold in my hand.
This design was inspired by the PROLIFIC chives in my garden and the beautiful blooms they give off. I did take some color liberties.

I made myself a convention notebook! This was such

I made myself a convention notebook! This was such a fun project to come up with the design and layout. I had to learn a new program to lay everything out in book format.
I didn’t put the program in the actual notebook because that’s copyrighted.
I printed this on my home printer so the colors are muddled and I sewed it on my sewing machine!
Also I don’t have a book paper cutter so the edges are a little rough (literally lol), but I’m so happy with it!! Can’t wait to use it this weekend!

I finished out the 8 weeks of the #immersion2023 course with my collection in the books 🤩. This is one of my “hero” patterns. They are usually the most detailed and time intensive patterns to create.
I can’t wait to keep drawing and get better with my artwork and patterns.

I’m almost to the end of my surface pattern design course!
I designed a whole collection based on my love of Botanical Gardens.
Here are two patterns I designed on the produce bags! They are the perfect complement to all the fresh veggies we are starting for the gardening season.
